These terms and conditions apply to all products supplied by www.hamiltonseasyjourney.com and do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices:
- Prices include delivery charges unless otherwise stated
- All prices where relevant include VAT.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we endeavour to regularly update all publicly available sources of price information to ensure you have accurate information available to you when you order.

- We aim to deliver products to you within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
Right to Cancel:
By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days of the day after the date on which you receive your product. On receipt of the product in its original condition and packing we will refund to you the price you paid for the product. Please note the cost of the return carriage is your responsibility.
Warranty, Returns and Refunds:
- All Hamilton’s-Easy-Journey products come complete with 12 months guarantee.
- If goods are faulty, within 12 months of purchase, you will receive a full refund or replacement on receipt of your returned goods in their original packing.
- For your own security, we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods to us so that you have proof of return.
- Please note we will not refund any priority express or courier element of any delivery charge.
